目的:探讨以问题为基础的教学法、循证医学和案例教学法综合教学模式在留学生核医学见习中的价值。方法对随机分组的47名首都医科大学国际医学院留学生分别进行综合模式及传统模式的教学,用统一的考核方法评估两组学生接受知识情况,评价两种教学模式在留学生中的教学效果。结果在核医学见习中,试验组留学生在核医学理论知识及病例分析能力及学习核医学兴趣、阅读文献能力、合作及团队精神提高等方面所得分数高于对照组,差异均具有显著统计学意义( P <0.05),但见习教师教学速度控制方面未见明显统计学差异( P >0.05)。结论综合教学模式能够大大提高留学生核医学见习中的效果,并能够留学生提高学习兴趣及阅读文献能力、团队合作精神,值得核医学科带教老师在教学中进行推广。

Objective To discuss the application value of integrated teaching mode in the nuclear medicine teaching. Methods Forty seven overseas students were randomly assigned into the experimental group and the control group in order to discuss the effect of problem - based learning(PVL),eviendce - based mediece(EVM)and case - based learning(CVL)teaching mode in the application of nuclear medicine teach-ing. Results In nuclear medicine teaching,the scores of the experimental group students is higher than the control group students in the evalua-tion of medicine theory and case analysis ability,interest in nuclear medicine,ability to read the literature,teamwork improvement,and the differ-ences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05),respectively. Vut no significant difference was found in the control of the teaching speed between the experimental group and the control group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The integrated teaching mode can greatly improve the teaching effect in the application of nuclear medicine teaching for overseas students and can stimulate the learning interest of overseas students in nuclear medicine and improve clinical analysis ability.
