目的探讨足月高胆红素血症新生儿的血液氨基酸和酰基肉碱水平变化及其意义。方法选取2010年3月至2014年7月治疗的足月高胆红素血症新生儿450例,同时选取健康新生儿310名作为对照组。比较两组新生儿的血液氨基酸和酰基肉碱水平。结果其中观察组丙氨酸、亮氨酸-异亮氨酸、脯氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸水平明显高于对照组( P <0.05),而天冬氨酸、精氨酸、瓜氨酸和半胱氨酸水平明显低于对照组( P <0.05);观察组丙酰基肉碱、乙酰基肉碱、丁酰基肉碱、羟丁酰基肉碱、羟异戊酰基肉碱、戊二酰基肉碱、已酰基肉碱、辛酰基肉碱和肉豆蔻酰基肉碱水平显著高于对照组( P <0.05),而游离肉碱、二十二碳酰基肉碱和二十六碳酰基肉碱水平低于对照组( P <0.05)。脯氨酸与酰基肉碱在两组新生儿中无相关性( P <0.05)。结论足月高胆红素血症新生儿的血液氨基酸和酰基肉碱水平相对与健康新生儿存在一些变化,可为临床治疗和诊断提供一些依据。

목적탐토족월고담홍소혈증신생인적혈액안기산화선기육감수평변화급기의의。방법선취2010년3월지2014년7월치료적족월고담홍소혈증신생인450례,동시선취건강신생인310명작위대조조。비교량조신생인적혈액안기산화선기육감수평。결과기중관찰조병안산、량안산-이량안산、포안산、색안산、소안산수평명현고우대조조( P <0.05),이천동안산、정안산、과안산화반광안산수평명현저우대조조( P <0.05);관찰조병선기육감、을선기육감、정선기육감、간정선기육감、간이무선기육감、무이선기육감、이선기육감、신선기육감화육두구선기육감수평현저고우대조조( P <0.05),이유리육감、이십이탄선기육감화이십륙탄선기육감수평저우대조조( P <0.05)。포안산여선기육감재량조신생인중무상관성( P <0.05)。결론족월고담홍소혈증신생인적혈액안기산화선기육감수평상대여건강신생인존재일사변화,가위림상치료화진단제공일사의거。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood amino acids and acyl carnitine levels in full term neonates with hyperbilirubi-nemia and its significance. Methods Full - term neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in 2010 March to 2014 July treatment of 450 cases were included into this study. At the same time,310 healthy neonates were selected as control group. The neonatal blood amino acids and acyl carnitine levels of the two groups were compared. Results The Ala,Leu - Ile,Pro,Trp,Thr levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),while Asp,Arg,Cit and Cys levels were significantly lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). C3, C2,C4,C4 - OH,C5 - OH,C5DC,C6,C8 and C14 levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05),while CO,C22 and C26 levels than the control group( P < 0. 05). Proline and acyl carnitine did not show correlation in the two groups( P < 0. 05)in neonates. Conclusion The blood amino acids and acyl carnitine levels of full - term newborns with hyperbilirubinemia showed some change relative health of newborn,which provided some evidences for clinical treatment and diagnosis.
