目的：观察除湿通淋颗粒治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效以及对按摩前列腺后精确控制的前段尿液（VB3）中 IL －2、IL －6、IL －8的影响。方法：将97例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组49例，治疗组给予除湿通淋颗粒（免煎颗粒），每日2次，每次1袋，开水冲服；对照组给予癃清片，每日3次，每次3g；治疗4周后对比观察两组临床疗效以及采用双抗体夹心 ELISA 法定量分析 VB3内的IL －2、IL －6、IL －8的水平变化，并且与对照组比较。结果：治疗组 NIH 评分总有效率为85.71％，对照组为69.05％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗组中医证候积分总有效率为92.86％，对照组为71.43％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后 IL －2较治疗前升高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），治疗组与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；IL －6、IL －8较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），治疗组与对照组相比有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：除湿通淋颗粒治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床疗效显著，可能通过提高前列腺液中 IL －2的水平或者降低 IL －6、IL －8的水平而发挥作用。
목적：관찰제습통림과립치료만성전렬선염적림상료효이급대안마전렬선후정학공제적전단뇨액（VB3）중 IL －2、IL －6、IL －8적영향。방법：장97례만성비세균성전렬선염환자수궤분위치료조48례화대조조49례，치료조급여제습통림과립（면전과립），매일2차，매차1대，개수충복；대조조급여륭청편，매일3차，매차3g；치료4주후대비관찰량조림상료효이급채용쌍항체협심 ELISA 법정량분석 VB3내적IL －2、IL －6、IL －8적수평변화，병차여대조조비교。결과：치료조 NIH 평분총유효솔위85.71％，대조조위69.05％，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；치료조중의증후적분총유효솔위92.86％，대조조위71.43％，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；량조치료후 IL －2교치료전승고，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05），치료조여대조조상비，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）；IL －6、IL －8교치료전강저，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05），치료조여대조조상비유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론：제습통림과립치료만성비세균성전렬선염림상료효현저，가능통과제고전렬선액중 IL －2적수평혹자강저 IL －6、IL －8적수평이발휘작용。
Objectives:To observe the therapeutic effect of Chushi Tongling Granular on chronic abacterial prostatitis and the effect to IL -2,IL -6 and IL -8.Methods:97 patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis were randomized into the treatment group (48 cases)and control group (49 cases).The treatment group was given Chushi Tongling granular 2 times daily.The control group was given Longqing Tablets 3 times daily.The therapeutic effects of both groups were observed after one course of treatment (4 weeks).The quantitative evaluation of IL -2, IL -6,IL -8 levels in the limited voided bladder 3 (VB3)was performed by ELISA methods.Results:The total effective rate of NIH score were 85.71% in treatment group and 69.05% in control group (P <0.05).The total ef-fective rate of TCMsymptom scores were 92.86% in treatment group and 71.43% in control group (P <0.05). The level of IL -2 in both group significantly increased (P <0.05),without significant difference from the control group (P >0.05).The level of IL -6 and IL -8 in both group was significantly lowered(P <0.05),with signifi-cant difference from the control group(P <0.05);Conclusion:The effect of Chushi Tongling Granular for chronic abacterial prostatitis is significant through increasing the level of IL -2 or lowering the level of IL -6 and IL -8.
