目的:探讨急性胰腺炎( Acute pancreatitis,AP)大鼠血清一氧化氮( Nitric oxide,NO)的变化及血必净注射液对其的影响。方法将90只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、急性胰腺炎组、血必净组,各组再分为3、6、12 h亚组,假手术组开腹后仅行简单的胰腺翻动,急性胰腺炎组开腹后经十二指肠乳头逆行胆胰管注射5%牛黄胆酸钠建立AP模型,血必净组在AP组基础上予血必净注射液治疗,分别在各时间点采血观察血清中淀粉酶( AMY)、一氧化氮( NO)的变化,并进行胰腺组织病理学检查。结果与假手术组相比,AP组中AMY、NO浓度明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与AP组相比,血必净组中AMY、NO浓度明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),光镜下AP组胰腺组织损伤明显,而血必净组损伤明显改善。结论 NO参与急性胰腺炎的发生发展过程,血必净注射液能显著降低血清NO,减轻胰腺组织的损伤。

목적:탐토급성이선염( Acute pancreatitis,AP)대서혈청일양화담( Nitric oxide,NO)적변화급혈필정주사액대기적영향。방법장90지SD대서수궤분위가수술조、급성이선염조、혈필정조,각조재분위3、6、12 h아조,가수술조개복후부행간단적이선번동,급성이선염조개복후경십이지장유두역행담이관주사5%우황담산납건립AP모형,혈필정조재AP조기출상여혈필정주사액치료,분별재각시간점채혈관찰혈청중정분매( AMY)、일양화담( NO)적변화,병진행이선조직병이학검사。결과여가수술조상비,AP조중AMY、NO농도명현증고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);여AP조상비,혈필정조중AMY、NO농도명현강저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),광경하AP조이선조직손상명현,이혈필정조손상명현개선。결론 NO삼여급성이선염적발생발전과정,혈필정주사액능현저강저혈청NO,감경이선조직적손상。
Objective To investigate the change of serum NO in rats with acute pancreatitis and the effect of Xuebijing injection. Methods Ninety SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:sham operation group ( group S) , acute pancreatitis group ( group AP) and Xuebijing group ( group X) ,each group was further divided into 3 h,6 h and 12 h subgroups. In sham groups,the pancreas was flip simply after the abdomen was opened;rats in group AP received laparotomy,and they were injected with 5% sodium taurocholate through retrogradely biliopancreatic duct to establish the AP model; group X received Xuebijing injection on the basis of the treatment of AP group. The serum amylase ( AMY) ,nitric oxide ( NO) at each time point was recorded,and the pathological examination on pancreatic tissue was carried out. Results Compared with group S,the levels of AMY,NO in group AP were significantly higher,and there was significant difference (P<0. 05);compared with group AP,the levels of AMY,NO in group X decreased signifi-cantly,there was significant difference (P<0. 05). The pancreatic tissue injury in group AP was obvious under optical microscope,while the injury in group X was improved. Conclusion NO is involved in the development and progres-sion of acute pancreatitis,Xuebijing injection can significantly reduce the serum NO,relieve the damage of pancreatic tissue.
