目的：研究雌激素联合二甲双胍治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合症的临床效果。方法：选取2010年3月至2014年5月共120例于我院就诊的青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者，将其半随机分为研究组和对照组，其中研究组患者采用雌激素联合二甲双胍治疗，对照组患者采用雌激素补充治疗。对比两组患者空腹胰岛素变化、空腹血糖、血浆性激素变化情况。结果：两组患者 FIN、FBS 在治疗3个月后均有明显改善，且研究组改善明显，具有统计学差异（P ＜0.05）；两组患者血浆性激素 T、LH、FSH、LH／FSH 在治疗3个月后均有下降，且研究组下降明显，具有统计学差异（P ＜0.05）。结论：雌激素联合二甲双胍治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征可有效降低雄激素水平，改善患者胰岛素抵抗、卵巢功能、临床症状，效果满意。
목적：연구자격소연합이갑쌍고치료청춘기다낭란소종합증적림상효과。방법：선취2010년3월지2014년5월공120례우아원취진적청춘기다낭란소종합정환자，장기반수궤분위연구조화대조조，기중연구조환자채용자격소연합이갑쌍고치료，대조조환자채용자격소보충치료。대비량조환자공복이도소변화、공복혈당、혈장성격소변화정황。결과：량조환자 FIN、FBS 재치료3개월후균유명현개선，차연구조개선명현，구유통계학차이（P ＜0.05）；량조환자혈장성격소 T、LH、FSH、LH／FSH 재치료3개월후균유하강，차연구조하강명현，구유통계학차이（P ＜0.05）。결론：자격소연합이갑쌍고치료청춘기다낭란소종합정가유효강저웅격소수평，개선환자이도소저항、란소공능、림상증상，효과만의。
Objectives:To study the effect of metformin combined estrogen in the treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:120 adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome patients between March 2011 and May 2014 selected and half -randomly divided into study group and control group.The patients in study group re-ceived estrogen combined with metformin,while patients in control group employed estrogen only.The fasting insu-lin changes,fasting glucose and plasma sex hormone of the two groups were compared.Results:Both groups of pa-tients had improved FIN,FBS after three months,and the research group improved more obviously,with statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Both groups of patients had decreased plasma sex hormone T,LH,FSH,LH/FSH after three months,and the research group decreased more obviously,with statistically difference (P <0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome,estrogen combined with metformin can effec-tively reduce androgen levels,improve the patients’insulin resistance,ovarian function and clinical symptoms, showing satisfactory results.
