针对采用雷电定位系统进行防雷评估活动缺乏针对性,分布式输电线路智能故障诊断系统(以下简称“智能故障诊断系统”)也只能监测输电线路走廊的雷电活动,而无法记录雷直击线路情况,为此,基于智能故障诊断系统与雷电定位系统的综合应用,提出一种新的防雷评估方法。该方法利用智能故障诊断系统与雷电定位系统雷击监测数据获得的输电线路雷击频度,来计算杆塔的绕击跳闸率和反击跳闸率,再根据跳闸率划分出绕击易闪段和反击易闪段,从而有针对性地开展差异化防雷改造工作。以某评估案例的实测雷击数据对防雷技术改造效果进行评估,结果表明,该方法可在短时间内对防雷措施进行有效性评估,形成防雷改造措施和防雷效果评估的闭环控制,提升了防雷评估分析的准确性和防雷改造的经济性。

In allusion to deficiency of pertinence of using lightning positioning system for evaluating lightning protection,and intelligent fault diagnosis system of distributed powertransmission line being only able to monitoring lightning action of pow-er transmission line corridor while unable to record lightning direct stroke lines,a kind of new evaluation method for light-ning protection was proposed based on integrated application of intelligent fault diagnosis system and lightning positioning system.This method uses lightning stroke frequentness acquired from lightning stroke monitoring data of intelligent fault di-agnosis system and lightning positioning system to calculate shielding failure trip-out rate and back-strike switching rate of the tower,then to divide easily stroke sections of shielding and back-strike according to trip-out rates in order to make point-ed references in developing differentiation lightning protection transformation works.Actual measuring lightning data of some evaluation case was used for evaluating technical transformation effect of lightning protection and the result indicated that this method could used for effectiveness evaluation on lightning protection measures in short time,forming closed-loop control on evaluation on lightning protection transformation measures and effects and promoting veracity of evaluation anal-ysis on lightning protection and economy of lightning protection transformation.
