电网一体化调度预警及快速控制对信息支持服务提出了更高要求，而目前已有的信息系统对非调度指令数据支持较少，为此研究了一种调度信息在线交流平台。该平台依托电子发令系统，结合当前主流即时通信技术，实现了非调度指令信息的网络传输，并丰富了电网信息公告、调度系统对接、电网通信用户管理等功能。实践表明，交流平台可提高调度运行信息沟通的高效性与准确性，能有效保障电网安全稳定运行。

Pre-warning and rapid control on power grid integrated dispatching raises higher requirements for information sup-porting service,while existing information system provides less support for non-dispatching instruction data at present. Therefore,a kind of online communication platform for dispatching information was studied which relied on electronic-or-dering system and combined present main instant messaging communication technology to realize network transmission of non-dispatching instruction information and enrich functions such as power grid information announcement,dispatching sys-tem docking,management on power grid communication customers,and so on.Practice indicates that this communication platform could improve high effectiveness and veracity of dispatching and operating information communication as well as effectively ensure safe and stable operation of the power grid.
