目的:对应用钻孔引流微创联合术后尿激酶溶解方式对患有高血压性脑出血疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法:选择在我院就诊的患有高血压性脑出血疾病的患者86例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组为43例。采用传统骨瓣开颅血肿清除术对对照组患者实施治疗;采用钻孔引流微创联合术后尿激酶溶解方式对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果:治疗组患者高血压脑出血手术操作时间和术后住院治疗时间明显短于对照组;高血压性脑出血疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:应用钻孔引流微创联合术后尿激酶溶解方式对患有高血压性脑出血疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective:To apply minimally invasive joint surgery drilling drainage way urokinase clinical effects of treatment for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage implementation disease research. Methods:In our hospital patients with hy-pertensive cerebral hemorrhage disease 86 years, an average of 43 cases in each group. Traditional craniotomy bone flap hematoma on the implementation of the treatment of patients in the control group; the use of minimally invasive joint surgery drilling drainage way urokinase therapy for patients with treatment group. Results:The patients treated with hypertensive intrac-erebral hemorrhage operation time and postoperative hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group; hyper-tensive intracerebral hemorrhage diseases better than the control group. Conclusion: The clinical effects of the application of minimally invasive joint surgery drilling drainage way urokinase for patients suffering from diseases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage implementation of treatment is obvious.
