目的：探究在儿科呼吸系统反复感染中匹多莫德药剂联合常规治疗方法的应用及所取得的效果。方法：选择过去一年间在我院儿科接受诊治的呼吸系统反复感染患儿共98名，将98名患儿随机分为两组，每组患者均为49名，依次设为对照组与试验组。针对对照组49名患儿实施常规方法加以治疗，针对49名试验组患儿在常规治疗基础上另外服用匹多莫德药剂，对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果：经对比，试验组总的治疗有效率显著高于对照组，两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在儿科呼吸系统反复感染的治疗中，采取匹多莫德药剂联合常规治疗方法能够取得更为显著的效果，提高整体的治疗有效率，值得在临床加以推广与应用。

목적：탐구재인과호흡계통반복감염중필다막덕약제연합상규치료방법적응용급소취득적효과。방법：선택과거일년간재아원인과접수진치적호흡계통반복감염환인공98명，장98명환인수궤분위량조，매조환자균위49명，의차설위대조조여시험조。침대대조조49명환인실시상규방법가이치료，침대49명시험조환인재상규치료기출상령외복용필다막덕약제，대비량조환인적치료효과。결과：경대비，시험조총적치료유효솔현저고우대조조，량조지간적차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：재인과호흡계통반복감염적치료중，채취필다막덕약제연합상규치료방법능구취득경위현저적효과，제고정체적치료유효솔，치득재림상가이추엄여응용。
Objective:to explore pidotimod pharmacy Pediatric repeatedly respiratory infection combined with conventional treatment methods used and the results obtained.Methods:in Pediatrics of our hospital for treatment over the past year a total of 98 children with repeatedly respiratory infection, 98 children were randomly divided into two groups, each group is 49, and is set to the control group and the experimental group.Conventional methods against 49 children in the control group to be treated according to 49 group taken in addition to conventional treatment in children with pidotimod pharmacy, the treatment effect comparison of two groups of children.Results:the comparison group overall cure rate significantly higher than the control group, statistically significant differences between the two groups ( P<0.05) .Conclusion: in treating Pediatric repeatedly respiratory infection, pidotimod medicaments combined with conventional treatment methods can produce more significant results and im-prove the overall efficiency of the treatment, in clinical application and dissemination.
