随着我国经济的迅猛发展，人民的生活水平大幅度提高，暴饮暴食和高油腻饮食结构的人群比例快速增涨，这导致原发性高血压和糖尿病患者的人数呈逐年上升趋势，并且发病年龄有趋向年轻化的特点。随着老龄化社会的到来，高血压和糖尿病患者的人群基数更是进一步急剧增加，给整个社会医疗体系带来极大负担。虽然当前医疗经验意识到高血压、高血糖是诱发心血管疾病最重要的危险因素之一，两者的控制与否直接影响心血管疾病预后的好坏，然而两者之间的演变情况和相互作用机制如何，仍存在很多谜团，本文旨在利用当前一些机构的研究资料来探讨其可能机制。
