目的:对比分析炎琥宁与α-干扰素治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效及对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法:将98例急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为观察组49例和对照组49例。观察组患儿行炎琥宁治疗,对照组患儿行α-干扰素治疗。结果:观察组患儿临床治疗的总有效率为93.88%,对照组为81.63%,2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患儿的血清hs-CRP、IL-6指标值较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),但观察组患儿各指标的下降幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效要优于α-干扰素,更值得临床推广应用。

Objective:comparative analysis of yanhuning and alpha-interferon in the treatment of infantile acute upper respira-tory tract infection and serum high-sensitivity c-reactive protein (HS-CRP) and Interleukin -6 (IL-6) effect.Methods: 98 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups in 49 cases and 49 in the control group.Study group patients treated with yanhuning, alpha-interferon therapy control group.Results: group total effective rate of clinical treatment in children with 93.88%, group 81.63%, 2 group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . After treatment, the 2 groups of serum hs-CRP, IL-6 index values lower than before treatment (P<0.05) , but the observation group declines of the index is greater than in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusions: the treatment of infantile acute upper respiratory tract infection with yanhuning effects was superior to alpha-interferon, deserves more clinical applications.
