为解决某厂330 MW 机组在运行中存在的6号、7号轴承振动大且长期超标的问题,应用有限元建模分析,对汽轮机基础Ⅳ框架的梁柱和相关轴承座进行受力分析,结果表明轴承振动异常的主要原因是汽轮机基础Ⅳ框架轴向刚度不够。为此,提出对6号、7号轴承所在的轴承座基础Ⅳ框架进行加固的方案,该方案实施后取得了良好的效果,确保了机组的安全稳定运行。

In order to solve problems of large vibration and long-term over-standard of vibration of No.6 and No.7 bear-ings of 330 MW unit in some power plant in operation,finite element modeling was applied for force analysis on beams of basic Ⅳ frame of the steam turbine and its related bearing pedestal.The results indicated that the main reason for abnormal vibration of the bearing was insufficient axial stiffness of the basic Ⅳ frame of the steam turbine.Therefore,a scheme of reinforcing basic Ⅳ frames of bearing pedestals of No.6 and No.7 bearings was proposed.It was proved that this scheme could produce good effects and ensure safe and stable operation of the unit.
