目的:探讨结直肠癌患者肿瘤组织内血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平与肿瘤的生物学特征、患者预后之间的相关关系。方法选取广东省肇庆市中医院病理科2008年1月至2013年12月所收集的结直肠癌患者肿瘤组织106例,观察肿瘤组织的生物学特征,并采用免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织中VEGF表达水平以及微血管密度(MVD)。结果结直肠癌组织内VEGF的表达量显著高于正常结肠组织(P<0.05),并且VEGF的表达与MVD、Dukes分期(包括淋巴结转移和肿瘤浸润深度)有相关关系(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、性别、分化程度及肿瘤部位等无相关关系(P>0.05);VEGF高表达的患者的总生存率和无病生存率均低于VEGF低表达患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF在结直肠癌组织内呈高表达,可以作为判断结直肠癌预后的生物学指标。

목적:탐토결직장암환자종류조직내혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)적표체수평여종류적생물학특정、환자예후지간적상관관계。방법선취광동성조경시중의원병이과2008년1월지2013년12월소수집적결직장암환자종류조직106례,관찰종류조직적생물학특정,병채용면역조직화학법검측종류조직중VEGF표체수평이급미혈관밀도(MVD)。결과결직장암조직내VEGF적표체량현저고우정상결장조직(P<0.05),병차VEGF적표체여MVD、Dukes분기(포괄림파결전이화종류침윤심도)유상관관계(P<0.05),이여환자년령、성별、분화정도급종류부위등무상관관계(P>0.05);VEGF고표체적환자적총생존솔화무병생존솔균저우VEGF저표체환자,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 VEGF재결직장암조직내정고표체,가이작위판단결직장암예후적생물학지표。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and prognosis of patients with colorectal carcinoma. Methods One hundred and six patients with colorectal carcinoma were involved in this study from January 2008 to December 2013, the clinicopathological features were examined with HE assay, and expression of VEGF and microvessel density (MVD) in the colorectal carcinoma tissues were examined with immunohistochemistry staining assay. Results The expression of VEGF were significant higher in colorectal carcinoma tissues than that in normal tissues (P<0.05), and a significant correlation was found between the expression of VEGF and MVD, Dukes′grades (including lymphatic invasion and depth of invation) , but there were no significant correlation between the expression of VEGF and age , sex, tumor differentiation and location. Patients with high expression of VEGF had shorter overall survival and disease-free survival. Conclusion The expression of VEGF is up-regulated in colorectal carcinoma patients, and the higher expression level of VEGF might predict a poorer prognosis.
