目的:对比眼表综合分析仪方法与传统SchirmerⅠ试验方法的检查结果,评价两种方法在干眼诊断中的作用。方法对36例(72只眼)干眼患者依次询问症状,行眼表综合分析仪检查和SchirmerⅠ试验检查。采用Spearman秩相关分析眼表综合分析仪与SchirmerⅠ试验检查方法之间的相关性(双侧检验)。结果观察的患者中,SchirmerⅠ试验滤纸条湿长≤5 mm/5 min的10只患眼中,9只眼眼表综合分析仪测试分级>2级。 SchirmerⅠ试验湿长>5 mm/5 min的62只患眼中,40只眼眼表综合分析仪检查分级>2级。23只眼眼表综合分析仪测试分级为2级,但患者有明显的干眼症状。相关回归分析显示干眼患者的眼表综合分析仪检测等级越高,SchirmerⅠ试验滤纸条湿长越短,两者呈负相关(rS =-0.314,P <0.05)。结论眼表综合分析仪和SchirmerⅠ试验都能从不同的角度诊断干眼,并客观反映病情的严重程度。其中,眼表综合分析仪检查的指标更多,而且无创伤、重复性强,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To compare the test results of SchirmerⅠtest and ocular surface analyzer, evaluating two methods for diagnosis in dry eye.Methods Symptoms of 36 patients (72 eyes) were asked in turn, 36 cases of dry eyes (72 eyes) were esti-mated by ocular surface analyzer and SchirmerⅠtest.The correlations of measuring outcomes of ocular surface analyzer and SchirmerⅠtest were analyzed with Spearman’ s rank correlation analysis on both sides.Results Among those 10 patients who tested by Schirmer I test with wet lengths less than 5 mm/5 min, 9 were greater than grade 2.Among the 62 eyes, of which the wet lengths tested by SchirmerⅠtest were more than 5 mm/5 min, 40 eyes were in grades 2, 3, 4 and 5.23 eyes were in grades 2 with dry eye symptoms apparently.Spearman’ s rank correlation analysis showed that patients with higher dry eye grades, the wet length of SchirmerⅠtest was shorter on the contrary.It showed a negative correlation (rS =-0.314,P<0.05).Conclusions Both ocular surface analyzer and SchirmerⅠtest can diagnose dry eye from a different view, and reflect the severity of dry eye objectively.But ocular surface analyzer has more examination index, and its operation without trauma, its repeatability is strong.Ocular surface analyzer is an effective clinical method to diagnose dry eye.
