2014年，风声鹤唳的埃博拉病毒病（ Ebola virus disease， EVD）疫情在西非肆虐成为全球关注的焦点。作为中国人民解放军首批援利比里亚医疗队的一部分，解放军第三军医大学派出医务人员于2014年11月15日到达利比里亚的首都蒙罗维亚，展开为期60天的抗击EVD的人道主义救援任务。笔者就EVD的暴发之源、临床特征、支持治疗的问题与挑战进行经验总结。

2014, the global threat epidemic of Ebola virus disease ( EVD) that occurred in west Africa became the world’ s focus.As part of medical team of army forces, Chinese medical personnel of the third military medical university arrived in Monrovia, Liberia on November 15, 2014, and performed humanitarian relief mission of fighting against EVD for 60 days.This paper summarized the issues and experiences faced the team, e.g.reasons of EVD outbreak, clinical characteristics, supportive care.
