针对青海西宁某企业工业用水系统由于水质原因造成换热设备的腐蚀问题,采用Pucko-rius指数分析其循环冷却水水质稳定性,通过实验研究循环冷却水对设备腐蚀结垢的影响,结合现场实际得出pH、钙硬度、总碱度等均是影响循环冷却水系统稳定性的重要因素,在生产过程中需严加控制。

In the light of corrosion problems of heat transfer equipment caused by water quality in-stability of an enterprise in Xining , Qinghai , Puckorius index was used to analyses water quality sta-bility of circulating cooling water .Experiments was carried out test the influence of cooling water corrosion and scaling on equipment .The pH, calcium hardness , total alkalinity were the important factors affecting the stability of circulating cooling water system ,and need to be controlled in the pro-duction process .
