针对青海西宁某企业工业用水系统由于水质原因造成换热设备的腐蚀问题，采用Pucko－rius指数分析其循环冷却水水质稳定性，通过实验研究循环冷却水对设备腐蚀结垢的影响，结合现场实际得出pH、钙硬度、总碱度等均是影响循环冷却水系统稳定性的重要因素，在生产过程中需严加控制。

침대청해서저모기업공업용수계통유우수질원인조성환열설비적부식문제，채용Pucko－rius지수분석기순배냉각수수질은정성，통과실험연구순배냉각수대설비부식결구적영향，결합현장실제득출pH、개경도、총감도등균시영향순배냉각수계통은정성적중요인소，재생산과정중수엄가공제。
In the light of corrosion problems of heat transfer equipment caused by water quality in-stability of an enterprise in Xining , Qinghai , Puckorius index was used to analyses water quality sta-bility of circulating cooling water .Experiments was carried out test the influence of cooling water corrosion and scaling on equipment .The pH, calcium hardness , total alkalinity were the important factors affecting the stability of circulating cooling water system ,and need to be controlled in the pro-duction process .
