目的:探讨肠内营养联合四君子汤对结肠癌术后营养状态及免疫功能的影响。方法选择2011年8月—2014年4月辽宁中医药大学附属第二医院普通外科收治的结肠癌84例,按治疗方法分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。两组术后早期均给予肠内营养支持,观察组在此基础上加用四君子汤,对照组给予等量生理盐水。观察两组治疗前后营养及免疫学指标的变化情况。结果两组治疗前营养学及免疫学指标比较差异无统计学意义( P >0.05);治疗后两组营养学及免疫学指标均较治疗前改善,且观察组优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论肠内营养基础上给予四君子汤可以进一步改善结肠癌患者术后的营养状态与免疫功能。

목적:탐토장내영양연합사군자탕대결장암술후영양상태급면역공능적영향。방법선택2011년8월—2014년4월료녕중의약대학부속제이의원보통외과수치적결장암84례,안치료방법분위관찰조여대조조,매조42례。량조술후조기균급여장내영양지지,관찰조재차기출상가용사군자탕,대조조급여등량생리염수。관찰량조치료전후영양급면역학지표적변화정황。결과량조치료전영양학급면역학지표비교차이무통계학의의( P >0.05);치료후량조영양학급면역학지표균교치료전개선,차관찰조우우대조조(P <0.05)。결론장내영양기출상급여사군자탕가이진일보개선결장암환자술후적영양상태여면역공능。
Objective To study the effect of enteral nutrition combined with Sijunzi decoction on postoperative nutritional status and the immune function of patients with colon carcinoma. Methods A total of 84 inpatients with colon carcinoma during August 2011 and April 2014 were divided into observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42). All inpatients were treated with early enteral nutritional support, and then the observation group was given additional Si-junzi decoction, while the control group was given additional physiological saline of same volume. The index changes of nutritional status and immune function before and after the treatment were observed in the two groups. Results The differences in nutritional and immunological indexes before the treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant (P > 0. 05); in the two groups, nutritional and immunological indexes after treatment were significantly improved com-pared with those before the treatment, and the improvement in observation group was superior to that in control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The enteral nutritional combined with Sijunzi decoction can improve the nutritional status and immune function of patients with colon carcinoma.
