心律失常，常以病人自觉心中悸动，惊惕不安，甚则不能自主为主要表现，故中医临床常以心悸论治。抑郁是临床常见的心境障碍，其心情抑郁，情绪不宁等精神症状中医辩证论治多属气血津液病中郁证范畴。随着心血管＂双心服务＂的不断推进，抑郁在中西医心血管临床工作中逐渐受到重视，抑郁与心血管病尤其是冠心病相关研究不断增多，但其与心律失常的关系论述相对不足，本文就部分心律失常与抑郁的中西医研究进展进行梳理。

Palpitation is one of the leading syndromes of arrhythmia,which is also a disease of heart system in TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine).De-pression for what it mainly manifests,is mostly believed the disease of stagnation in TCM.With the improvement of psychosomatic medicine,more and more ther-apists working on Integrated TCMand western medicine of cardiology realize the disadvantage depression may cause to their patients.Currently,there are more researches on the relationship between coronary heart disease and depression rather than the relationship between arrhythmia and depression,and here is a brief review on current researches of TCMand western medicine for the latter.
