目的:研究负压封闭引流(VSD )技术对老年糖尿病足溃疡(DFUs )患者的临床治疗效果。方法:50例老年DFUs患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各25例),在相同基础治疗的前提下,分别给以VSD技术和传统换药疗法治疗,观察治疗效果,并记录2组患者换药次数和愈合时间。结果:VSD治疗组患者术后总有效率高达100%,对照组仅为60.00%差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);治疗组患者平均换药次数(5±0.55)次,平均愈合时间为(16±1.45)天,而对照组平均换药次数为(15±1.35)次,平均愈合时间高达(22±1.55)天,存在统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:VSD技术可明显改善老年DFUs患者创面难以愈合情况,有望应于临床治疗中。

Objective] Toobserve the clinic treatment effects of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) technology on senile patients with diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) .[Method]50 senile patients with DFUs were randomly divided into two groups ,25 patients per group .Under the premise of similar basic treatment ,one group acted as treatment group was treated with VSD technology , while the other one acted as control group treated with traditional changing medication therapy parallel .Total curative rates ,fre-quency of dressing change and healing time of two groups were observed and recorded .[Result]It existed a significant differ-ence between treatment group and control group as the total curative rate of treatment group was 100% while control group was only 60 .00% ( P<0 .05) .Average of frequency of dressing change in treatment group was (5 ± 0 .55) times ,and average healing time was (16 ± 1 .45 ) days ,while those of the control group was (15 ± 1 .35 ) days or (22 ± 1 .55 ) days ,respectively , which has a statistical difference ( P<0 .05 ) . [Conclusion]By VSD technology expected to be in the clinical treatment ,the healing condition of the wound of DFUs which was cured hardly could be obviously improved .
