目的：分析我院膝关节炎（KOA ）治疗方法、治疗结果。方法：对我院2011年1月至2013年12月收治的187例膝关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组78例采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗，治疗组109例关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠基础上内服独活寄生汤治疗，疗程均为5周。结果：治疗后2组VAS评分、WOMAC明显降低，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．01），治疗组VAS、WOMAC评分降低优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。2组总有效率差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05），对照组复发率25．0％，治疗组复发率为13．08％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：采用关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠（HA）基础上内服独活寄生汤治疗KOA疗效优于单用HA的疗效，且具有较好的安全性。

Obective ] To investigate the treatment method and effect of the knee osteoarthritis (KOA ) in our hosptial . [Method]The clincal data of 187cases of KOA in our hospital from January ,2011 to December ,2013 were analyzed respec-tively .187cases of KOA were randomly divided into two groups .Patients in control group(n=78) were treated hyaluronic acid (HA) ,and Patients in treatment group (n=109 ) were treated with angelicaepubescentis and loranthidecoctionon the basis of HA .The therapeutic course was 5 weeks in both groups ,based on the evalution of WOMAC function idex of painandVAS score . [Result] After treatment ,the VAS scoresorWOMAC scores in both groups were significant decreased .Compared with the scores collected before treatment , the difference werestatistically significant ( P<0 .01 ) Compared with the scores in control group ,the VAS or WOMAC scores in the treatment group were statistically lower ( P<0 .05 ) Since the total effective was 92 . 30% in control group and97 .24% in treatment group ,there was no difference statistically significant .Because of the toal recur-rence rate was 25% in control group and 13 .08% in treatment group ,there were differences statistically significant ( P<0 .05 ) . [Conclusion]The curative effect of combining HA and angelicaepubescentis and loranthidecoctionto KOA is superior to treat-ment with HA singly ,and the former has higher security .
