在对梁子湖流域自然环境、社会经济、污染源分布和水生态环境等状况进行基线调查的基础上，分析梁子湖水环境质量和生物多样性现状，针对当前梁子湖面临的水质富营养化、生物多样性降低等问题，提出加大保护梁子湖的宣传力度，提高废污水达标排放率，建立梁子湖环境保护长效机制等对策和建议。
재대량자호류역자연배경、사회경제、오염원분포화수생태배경등상황진행기선조사적기출상，분석량자호수배경질량화생물다양성현상，침대당전량자호면림적수질부영양화、생물다양성강저등문제，제출가대보호량자호적선전력도，제고폐오수체표배방솔，건립량자호배경보호장효궤제등대책화건의。
On basis of a baseline survey to the natural environment condition, social economy situation, pollution source distribution situation and aquatic ecological environment situation in Liangzi Lake Basin, the author of this paper analyzed the water environmental quality and biodiversity of Liangzi Lake.According to the problems that the water quality of Liangzi Lake was eutrophic and the biodiversity was decreasing, some countermeasures and suggestion were put forward:strengthen the propaganda of Liangzi Lake protection, improve the sewage discharge standard rate,establish a long-term mechanism of environmental protection in Liangzi Lake.
