法国思想家托克维尔在《旧制度与大革命》中认为，中央集权的旧制度不仅催生了大革命，而且塑造了大革命后的政治体制与社会结构，使大革命后的法国无法摆脱旧制度阴影。这场伟大变革的背后蕴含着旧制度的毁灭与重塑，也启示人们不断反思并探寻抗衡行政集权、保障自由的民主建设之路。

In The old regime and the French Revolution ,Alexis de Tocqueville recognized that the centralized system in old regime not only spawned the French Revolution,but also shaped the political system and social structure after the revolution,re-sulted that France after the revolution could not get rid of shadow of the old regime.The great revolution implied destruction and reconstruction of the old regime and inspired us to rethink and explore constantly the democratic construction road of resis-ting administrative centralization as well as guaranteeing freedom.
