介绍王德明教授对于非酒精性脂肪性肝病的学术思想和临证经验。王教授认为脾虚肝郁，痰湿内蕴为本病的基本病机，且瘀血在疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用，在治疗过程中调肝运脾，理气化痰同时，灵活运用化瘀法，辨病与辨证相结合，分期论治，中西互参，并注重疾病的调护，身心同治。

ABSTRACT:The article introduces the academic thoughts and clinical experience of professor Wang on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Professor Wang believes that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is spleen deficiency and liver stagnation,as well as phlegm-damp retention.The blood stasis is also an important factor in the development of the disease.He treats it with meth-ods of harmonizing liver,activating spleen,and regulating qi to dissipate phlegm.And he applies the method of dispersing blood stasis properly at the same time.With the thought of combining disease and syndrome differentiation,integrating west-ern and Chinese medicine,he treats the disease according to its stages.The care of patients and the combination of physical and psychological therapy are also paid attention to.
