目的：运用关联规则技术，探讨中药治疗阿片类药物依赖的用药规律。方法收集中药治疗阿片类药物依赖的相关文献，建立阿片类药物依赖中药治疗数据库，利用 Excel、Weka 和自编程序进行中药的频次分析及关联规则挖掘。结果源于198篇文献的393条数据元素组成的中药治疗阿片类药依赖数据库中，延胡索的使用频次最高，与其他有益气温中、安神和血等作用的中药，构成了用药关联规则中的主体。结论阿片类药物依赖的中药治疗可参考发掘出的关联规则进行论治。
목적：운용관련규칙기술，탐토중약치료아편류약물의뢰적용약규률。방법수집중약치료아편류약물의뢰적상관문헌，건립아편류약물의뢰중약치료수거고，이용 Excel、Weka 화자편정서진행중약적빈차분석급관련규칙알굴。결과원우198편문헌적393조수거원소조성적중약치료아편류약의뢰수거고중，연호색적사용빈차최고，여기타유익기온중、안신화혈등작용적중약，구성료용약관련규칙중적주체。결론아편류약물의뢰적중약치료가삼고발굴출적관련규칙진행론치。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To explore the herb selection rules in the herb treatment for opioid dependence by association rules.METHODS The database of herb treatment for opioid dependence was established after literature collection,and Excel, Weka and self-compiled program were used to analyze the frequency of selected herbs and find their association rules.RESULTS In the database of herb treatment for opioid dependence which was composed of 393 data elements from 198 articles,Rhizo-ma Corydalis was used most frequently.Other herbs such as tonifying qi and warm middle jiao herbs and soothing nerves and harmonizing blood herbs constituted the main part of herb association rules.CONCLUSION The opioid dependence can be di-agnosed and treated by Chinese herbs with association rules which has been discovered.
