目的：探讨儿童义眼佩戴的护理，为后期整形打下良好的基础。方法：回顾性总结我院2009年1月至2013年12月期间进行眼球摘除的60例14岁以下儿童的义眼佩戴护理情况。结果：通过与儿童家长的交流与沟通，让患儿家长正确认识眼球摘除术后义眼佩戴对儿童成长的影响及对后期整形手术的意义，从而关心照顾患儿，手术后定期带患儿到医院复诊及按时到院安放义眼。结论：通过义眼佩戴的护理可以提高眼球摘除儿童家长的依从性，为眼球摘除儿童后期整形打下良好的基础。
目的：探討兒童義眼珮戴的護理，為後期整形打下良好的基礎。方法：迴顧性總結我院2009年1月至2013年12月期間進行眼毬摘除的60例14歲以下兒童的義眼珮戴護理情況。結果：通過與兒童傢長的交流與溝通，讓患兒傢長正確認識眼毬摘除術後義眼珮戴對兒童成長的影響及對後期整形手術的意義，從而關心照顧患兒，手術後定期帶患兒到醫院複診及按時到院安放義眼。結論：通過義眼珮戴的護理可以提高眼毬摘除兒童傢長的依從性，為眼毬摘除兒童後期整形打下良好的基礎。
목적：탐토인동의안패대적호리，위후기정형타하량호적기출。방법：회고성총결아원2009년1월지2013년12월기간진행안구적제적60례14세이하인동적의안패대호리정황。결과：통과여인동가장적교류여구통，양환인가장정학인식안구적제술후의안패대대인동성장적영향급대후기정형수술적의의，종이관심조고환인，수술후정기대환인도의원복진급안시도원안방의안。결론：통과의안패대적호리가이제고안구적제인동가장적의종성，위안구적제인동후기정형타하량호적기출。
To explore the nursing of children eye wear,a good foundation for the later shaping lay.Nursing care of eye wear enucleation in 60 cases of children under the age of 14 methods were summarized retrospectively in our hospital in 2009 January to 2013 December period.Results:through the communication with the children's parents,let parents of children with a correct understanding of after enucleation orbital wear impact on children's growth and its significance in the late plastic operation,so as to take care of the children,children regularly after operation with referral to the hospital and on time to school placed orbital.Conclusion:nursing eye wear can improve the compliance of enucleation of eyeball enucleation of the children's parents,to lay a good foundation for later shaping children.
