目的：防范神经内科住院患者坠床的方法。方法：对神经内科住院患者实施坠床的防范措施，即对患者进行坠床危险因素评估，高危情况告知，坠床知识试教及防治床护理措施落实，观察实施1年后患者坠床发生率。结果：实施坠床防范措施后，高危患者的坠床发生率有11．11％降至到零，于实施防范措施前比较，差异有统计学意义，（P ＜0．05）。结论：实施坠床防范措施能有效预防神经内科住院患者坠床的发生，提高患者住院安全，值得推广。

목적：방범신경내과주원환자추상적방법。방법：대신경내과주원환자실시추상적방범조시，즉대환자진행추상위험인소평고，고위정황고지，추상지식시교급방치상호리조시락실，관찰실시1년후환자추상발생솔。결과：실시추상방범조시후，고위환자적추상발생솔유11．11％강지도령，우실시방범조시전비교，차이유통계학의의，（P ＜0．05）。결론：실시추상방범조시능유효예방신경내과주원환자추상적발생，제고환자주원안전，치득추엄。
This paper intends to probe into the means of preventing the neurological inpatients from falling off the bed.The prevention contains the warning of the predictable factors and its dangerous possibilities,instruction of the prevention,and the clinical nursing measures'taken into practice.After 1 year of ob-servation,the rate of high -risk inpatients'falling off the bed has dropped from 11.11% to 0 ----the result is within the statistical margin of error,p <0.05,comparing with the situation when these measures hadn't taken into practice.Finally,the conclusion is that carrying out the measures of the falling -off -bed prevention can effectively lessen the occurrence of the neurological inpatients'falling off the bed and enhance the safety of the inpatients.
