随着我国改革开放程度的不断深入，我国市场经济运行体制的日趋完善，企业必将遵循市场规则，在法制化轨道上运行，企业要想在愈演愈烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，就要未雨绸缪，构建完善的法律风险防控机制来防控企业在经营中的法律风险。陕北榆林化工企业众多，陕北榆林化工企业在法律风险防控机制中存在的问题也很多，以此为研究内容，从而探讨整个化工企业法律风险构建的措施，从而推动整个化工企业的健康发展。

With the deepening of the degree of China’s reform and opening up,along with the improvement of mar-ket economy,enterprises should follow the market rules and operate in the legalization orbit. If enterprises want to remain invincible in the market where competition has been increasingly intensive,they should plan ahead and build perfect legal risk prevention and control mechanism. Taken the chemical enterprises in Yulin as an example, this article points out and analyzes the problems existing in the legal risk prevention and control mechanism. Those as the research content,it discusses the legal risk building measures of whole chemical industry so as to promote the healthy development of the chemical enterprises.
