Mifepristone%Rivanol%Mid -term abortion
目的：探析利凡诺联合米非司酮用于中期引产的临床效果。方法：选取我院2013年至2015年收治疗行中期引产的孕产妇140例，将其分为观察组和对照组，各组70例，观察组采用利凡诺联合米非司酮方案，对照组单纯采用利凡诺，从胎盘排出时间、总产程时间、产妇出血量三个方面比较两组的引产效果。结果：观察组胎盘排出时间为（8．55±5．85）h，总产程（18．50±5．50）h，产妇出血（200．50±75．30）ml。对照组胎盘排出时间为（14．55±6．35）h，总产程（28．50±7．45）h，产妇出血（358．50±75．32）ml，两组相比观察组明显低于对照组，两者差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：利凡诺联合米非司酮用于中期引产的临床效果优良，可以降低产妇引产中出血及缩短引产时间，值得推广。

목적：탐석리범낙연합미비사동용우중기인산적림상효과。방법：선취아원2013년지2015년수치료행중기인산적잉산부140례，장기분위관찰조화대조조，각조70례，관찰조채용리범낙연합미비사동방안，대조조단순채용리범낙，종태반배출시간、총산정시간、산부출혈량삼개방면비교량조적인산효과。결과：관찰조태반배출시간위（8．55±5．85）h，총산정（18．50±5．50）h，산부출혈（200．50±75．30）ml。대조조태반배출시간위（14．55±6．35）h，총산정（28．50±7．45）h，산부출혈（358．50±75．32）ml，량조상비관찰조명현저우대조조，량자차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론：리범낙연합미비사동용우중기인산적림상효과우량，가이강저산부인산중출혈급축단인산시간，치득추엄。
Analysis of the clinical effects Levant promise of mifepristone for second trimester abortion.Method:Our hospital from 2013 to 2015 received a mid -term abortion treatment of 140 cases of pregnant women will be divided into two groups and the control group,70 cases in each group,observa-tion group rivanol Mifepristone program,the control group were using rivanol from placenta time,total labor time,maternal bleeding between the two groups of three induction effect.Results:Placenta time of the observation group (8.55 ±5.85)h,the total production process (18.50 ±5.50)h,maternal hemorrhage (200.50 ±75.30)ml.Placenta time control group (14.55 ±6.35)h,the total production process (28.50 ±7.45)h,maternal hemorrhage (358.50 ± 75.32)ml,compared the two groups in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Clinical results rivanol Mifepristone for induction of the mid excellent induction can reduce maternal bleeding and shortened induction time, worthy of promotion.
