通过对一定壁厚输水钢管的强度、刚度与稳定性计算分析,阐释了正常敷设条件与荷载下,目前输水钢管壁厚设计存在较多裕量,从腐蚀防护的角度分析了该裕量是为了应对防腐层失效后环境对管壁的腐蚀,得出通过科学设计、合理选择防腐方式并严控防腐质量等措施,可以使管道壁厚适当减薄,可以节省工程投资的结论。

Through the calculation and analysis of the strength,rigidity and stability of water-supply steel pipe with certain thickness,the steel pipe thickness designing exists margin in the situation of normal installation conditions and load was ex-plained. Also from the perspective of corrosion protection,that the margin is to prevent environment corrosion after erosion resist-ant coating fails was analyzed. The conclusion that through scientific design,reasonably choice of anti-corrosion way and strictly controls of anti-corrosin,the pipe wall thickness can be thin appropriately and the engineering investment can be saved effectively was drawed.
