在线纠纷解决机制（ODR）是国外电子商务领域兴起的一种便捷高效的替代性纠纷解决机制，在国外广受关注，发展十分迅速。本文对替代性纠纷解决机制ADR与ODR的区别、ODR的主要运作模式和发展现状进行了分析研究，重点剖析了欧盟解决跨境金融纠纷网上平台（FIN-NET）的运作模式，总结了国外ODR发展的主要特点，在此基础上提出了构建我国金融ODR的具体建议。

Online dispute resolution (ODR) is a convenient and effective alternative dispute resolution mechanism which is popu-lar in the field of E-commerce abroad, attracts wide attention and develops fast. The paper analyzes the difference between ADR and ODR which are the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, the main operation modes and development progress of ODR, focuses on analyzing the operation mode of EU’s cross-border financial disputes online platform (FIN-NET), summarizes the main character-istics of ODR’s development abroad, and then gives specific suggestions on constructing ODR in China.
