Based on the analysis of the problems of urban planning management in Pingtan, this paper discussed how to solve the manage-ment problem of urban planning through Building Urban planning'One Map'information service platform.Furthermore, this paper described the architecture, system function and database system of the platform in detail and analyzed the innovation and achievement of the platform.
