本文利用石材废弃物加工成的人工砂配制砂浆,研究其颗粒级配和石粉含量对砂浆性能的影响。结果表明人工砂的颗粒级配和石粉含量对砂浆性能具有一定影响,细度模数太大不利于砂浆的强度和保水性,太小则影响稠度;石粉含量太大影响砂浆稠度,太小不利于保水性,而适量的石粉含量能够获得最佳的抗压强度和粘结强度。
本文利用石材廢棄物加工成的人工砂配製砂漿,研究其顆粒級配和石粉含量對砂漿性能的影響。結果錶明人工砂的顆粒級配和石粉含量對砂漿性能具有一定影響,細度模數太大不利于砂漿的彊度和保水性,太小則影響稠度;石粉含量太大影響砂漿稠度,太小不利于保水性,而適量的石粉含量能夠穫得最佳的抗壓彊度和粘結彊度。
본문이용석재폐기물가공성적인공사배제사장,연구기과립급배화석분함량대사장성능적영향。결과표명인공사적과립급배화석분함량대사장성능구유일정영향,세도모수태대불리우사장적강도화보수성,태소칙영향주도;석분함량태대영향사장주도,태소불리우보수성,이괄량적석분함량능구획득최가적항압강도화점결강도。
The article discussed the influences of aggregate gradation and content of stone powder on mortar using the artificial sand pro-cessed by stone waste.The results showed that the particle size distribution of artificial sand and stone powder content had a certain influ-ence on the performance of mortar.The oversize fineness modulus was not conducive to the strength and water retention, and the smaller fineness modulus affected the consistency;excessive stone powder content impacted mortar consistency, and the opposite was not conducive to water retention, and the appropriate amount of stone powder content had a good effect on the strength and bond strength.
