In this paper, the feasibility of producing insulation block by stone processing waste scraps was explored, the design of mix pro-portion was offered, the formulation parameters of insulation block was optimized, the fineness modulus of the stone chips and the stone powder content in stone chips on the comprehensive performance of insulation block was analyzed.
