目的：观察舒血宁治疗Ⅳ～Ⅴ期糖尿病肾病（ DN）的疗效。方法将50例DN患者随机分为2组，对照组25例给予常规治疗，在此基础上治疗组25例给予舒血宁注射液20 mL静脉点滴，1次／d，持续静滴2周。观察2组治疗前后血糖、血脂、肝肾功能、24 h尿蛋白定量及微量白蛋白系列、血清视黄醇结合蛋白变化情况。结果2周后治疗组24 h尿白蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮、血清视黄醇结合蛋白水平均明显下降，肾小球滤过率明显上升，同治疗前及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0．05）。结论舒血宁治疗Ⅳ～Ⅴ期糖尿病肾病疗效好，可明显改善肾功能。
목적：관찰서혈저치료Ⅳ～Ⅴ기당뇨병신병（ DN）적료효。방법장50례DN환자수궤분위2조，대조조25례급여상규치료，재차기출상치료조25례급여서혈저주사액20 mL정맥점적，1차／d，지속정적2주。관찰2조치료전후혈당、혈지、간신공능、24 h뇨단백정량급미량백단백계렬、혈청시황순결합단백변화정황。결과2주후치료조24 h뇨백단백정량、뇨미량백단백정량、혈기항、뇨소담、혈청시황순결합단백수평균명현하강，신소구려과솔명현상승，동치료전급대조조비교차이균유통계학의의（P균＜0．05）。결론서혈저치료Ⅳ～Ⅴ기당뇨병신병료효호，가명현개선신공능。
Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Shuxuening on diabetic nephropathy ( DN) in Ⅳ-Ⅴstage. Methods 50 patients with DN were randomly divided into 2 groups, 25 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment, 25 cases in the treatment group were treated with Shuxuening 20mL by intravenous drip once per day for two weeks on the basis of treatment in the control group .The changes of blood glucose , lipid, hepatic and renal function , 24 hour urinary protein, albumin series, serum retinol binding protein before and after treatment in both groups were observed .Results After 2 weeks'treatment , 24 h urinary albumin , serum creatinine , blood urea nitrogen , serum retinol binding protein decreased sig-nificantly , while GFR increased significantly in the treatment group , compared with that before treatment and in the control group, the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening has a significant curative effect on the advanced diabetic nephropathy in Ⅳ-Ⅴstage, and can obviously improve the renal function .
