目的:探讨 N 末端脑钠肽前体与肺源性心脏病预后的关系。方法:连续纳入2008年1月至2013年12月在我院住院的肺源性心脏病患者263例,NT -pro -BNP <1000pg/ml 组(132例)和 NT -pro -BNP >1000pg/ml 组(131例)。分析患者的一般临床资料和超声心动图参数。结果:(1) NT -pro -BNP >1000pg/ml 组入院时血氧饱和度低于 NT -pro -BNP <1000pg/ml 组,心功能分级3或4级高于 NT -pro -BNP 组,右心室内径、右肺动脉内径均高于 NT -pro -BNP <1000pg/ml 组(P <0.01或0.05),差异有统计学意义。NT -pro -BNP >1000pg/ml 组一年内再住院率、一年内死亡率高于 NT -pro -BNP <1000pg/ml 组。(2)Pearson 相关分析显示,NT -pro -BNP 与心功能分级(r =0.192,P =0.03)、右肺动脉内径(r =0.227,P =0.04)相关。结论:NT -pro -BNP 与肺源性心脏病预后相关。

To explore the relationship between NT -pro -BNP and prognosis in patients with cor pulmonale.Methods:This study included 263 consecutive patients with cor pulmonale.They were divided into two groups:NT -pro -BNP <1000pg/ml(n =132)andNT -pro -BNP >1000pg/ml(n =131).Clinical characteristics were compared between the two groups.Results:Patients with NT -pro -BNP >1000pg/ml had higher motality rate and hospital-ization.Conclusions:NT -pro -BNP related to the prognosis in patients with cor pulmonale.
