目的:采用免疫组化方法探讨男性生殖系统腺瘤样瘤的组织发生、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法:收集睾丸和附睾腺瘤样瘤病例10例,选用AE1/AE3,Vimentin,EMA,CEA,CK5/6,Calretinin,WT -1,SMA,CK7作为第一抗体应用免疫组化方法观察其临床病理特征。结果:免疫组化结果显示10例睾丸和附睾腺瘤样瘤的 AE1/AE3、CK7及 Vimentin 均呈强阳性,8例呈 WT -1及 Calretinin 阳性,5例呈 CK5/6阳性,2例呈 EMA 阳性,CEA 及SMA 均无表达。结论:男性生殖系统腺瘤样瘤为间皮起源,睾丸、附睾及其附近为常见部位;免疫组化结果可作为诊断及鉴别诊断的重要参考依据,其生物学行为良性。

목적:채용면역조화방법탐토남성생식계통선류양류적조직발생、진단급감별진단。방법:수집고환화부고선류양류병례10례,선용AE1/AE3,Vimentin,EMA,CEA,CK5/6,Calretinin,WT -1,SMA,CK7작위제일항체응용면역조화방법관찰기림상병리특정。결과:면역조화결과현시10례고환화부고선류양류적 AE1/AE3、CK7급 Vimentin 균정강양성,8례정 WT -1급 Calretinin 양성,5례정 CK5/6양성,2례정 EMA 양성,CEA 급SMA 균무표체。결론:남성생식계통선류양류위간피기원,고환、부고급기부근위상견부위;면역조화결과가작위진단급감별진단적중요삼고의거,기생물학행위량성。
using immunohistochemical method to investigate the male reproductive system tumor tissue adenomas,diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods:collection of testis and epididymis,10 cases were adenoma tumor cases,choose AE1 /AE3,Vimentin,EMA,CEA,CK5 /6,Calretinin,WT -1, SMA,CK7 as the first antibody immunohistochemical method to observe the clinical pathological features.Results:the immunohistochemical results show that the 10 cases of tumor of the testis and epididymis adenoma AE1 /AE3,CK7 and Vimentin were strong positive,and 8 cases of WT -1 Calretinin positive,5 cases of CK5 /6 positive,2 cases of EMA is positive,CEA and SMA were no expression.Conclusion:the male reproductive system origin of adenoma is between skin tumor,testis,epididymis and nearby for common parts;Immunohistochemical results can be used as important reference for the diagnosis and differential di-agnosis,benign biological behavior.
