采用壳聚糖对羊毛纤维进行预处理,然后分别用活性染料、酸性染料和媒介染料进行染色,分析染色过程中壳聚糖用量、染料用量、染色温度、染色时间以及染液pH对上染百分率和K/S值的影响。对比未处理和经壳聚糖处理的羊毛纤维的上染百分率,结果表明:羊毛纤维经壳聚糖处理后,其上染百分率和K/S值均可提高;适当提高预处理液中壳聚糖的用量可提高染料的上染百分率;羊毛纤维经壳聚糖处理后,可显著降低染色温度。壳聚糖用量为0.2%,染料用量为2.5%左右,染浴pH控制在3~4时,羊毛纤维可获得较好的上染效果。
採用殼聚糖對羊毛纖維進行預處理,然後分彆用活性染料、痠性染料和媒介染料進行染色,分析染色過程中殼聚糖用量、染料用量、染色溫度、染色時間以及染液pH對上染百分率和K/S值的影響。對比未處理和經殼聚糖處理的羊毛纖維的上染百分率,結果錶明:羊毛纖維經殼聚糖處理後,其上染百分率和K/S值均可提高;適噹提高預處理液中殼聚糖的用量可提高染料的上染百分率;羊毛纖維經殼聚糖處理後,可顯著降低染色溫度。殼聚糖用量為0.2%,染料用量為2.5%左右,染浴pH控製在3~4時,羊毛纖維可穫得較好的上染效果。
채용각취당대양모섬유진행예처리,연후분별용활성염료、산성염료화매개염료진행염색,분석염색과정중각취당용량、염료용량、염색온도、염색시간이급염액pH대상염백분솔화K/S치적영향。대비미처리화경각취당처리적양모섬유적상염백분솔,결과표명:양모섬유경각취당처리후,기상염백분솔화K/S치균가제고;괄당제고예처리액중각취당적용량가제고염료적상염백분솔;양모섬유경각취당처리후,가현저강저염색온도。각취당용량위0.2%,염료용량위2.5%좌우,염욕pH공제재3~4시,양모섬유가획득교호적상염효과。
Chitosan was applied on wool fiber pretreatment, and then reactive dyes, acid dyes and mordant dyes were used for dyeing, the effect of chitosan concentration, dyestuff dosage, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and dye liquor pH on dye uptake and K/S value in the dyeing process were analyzed. Dye uptake of wool fiber untreated and treated by chitosan were compared, the results indicated that: both dye uptake and K/S value can be improved after being treated by chitosan; dye uptake of dyestuff can be improved by properly increasing the dosage of chitosan in preconditioning bath;dyeing temperature of wool fibers can be significantly decreased after being treated by chitosan. 0.2%chitosan, about 2.5%dyestuff, pH of dye bath should be controlled 3~4, then better dyeing effect of wool fiber can be obtained.
