改革开放以来，我国在以经济建设为中心的现代化进程中取得了举世曙目的成就。但在经济发展的同时，社会的价值观念向多元发展，趋利性逐渐成为人们价值观的主角，道德观念不断在人们的思维中弱化，导致各种社会矛盾不断凸显，急需我们重新审视自己的发展观念。十八大以来，国家从战略层面确定了社会发展的核心价值观，以期更好的指导我国经济社会各项事业的健康发展。构建社会主义核心价值观，首先是搭建科学的认同渠道；其次是制度保障；第三是完善机制。
개혁개방이래，아국재이경제건설위중심적현대화진정중취득료거세서목적성취。단재경제발전적동시，사회적개치관념향다원발전，추리성축점성위인문개치관적주각，도덕관념불단재인문적사유중약화，도치각충사회모순불단철현，급수아문중신심시자기적발전관념。십팔대이래，국가종전략층면학정료사회발전적핵심개치관，이기경호적지도아국경제사회각항사업적건강발전。구건사회주의핵심개치관，수선시탑건과학적인동거도；기차시제도보장；제삼시완선궤제。
Since the reform and opening-up policy,China has made remarkable achievements in taking economic construction as the center in the process of modernization,but social values diversify. Profit-orientation gradually occupies a leading role in the people’s values,meanwhile moral ideas are constantly weakening,leading to the e-mergence of various contradictions,which requires people to re-examine their own concepts of development. Since The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the country has determined the core values of social development on the strategic level,to guide China’s economic and social development. This paper discusses the construction of core values from the perspective of philosophy,in order to make core values guide the development of social economy healthily.
