建立了某型航空发动机静子系统的有限元模型,通过谐响应分析方法,分别计算了考虑温度分布影响和常温下的静子系统支承动刚度,并进行了对比分析。结果表明,考虑温度分布影响的共振频率要比常温下的低,最多降低了23%。低于第一阶共振频率时考虑温度分布影响的动刚度要比常温下的小,最多减少了50%,而高于第一阶共振频率时考虑温度分布影响的动刚度变化更大且先上升后下降。因此,分析静子系统支承动刚度时应该考虑温度的影响。
建立瞭某型航空髮動機靜子繫統的有限元模型,通過諧響應分析方法,分彆計算瞭攷慮溫度分佈影響和常溫下的靜子繫統支承動剛度,併進行瞭對比分析。結果錶明,攷慮溫度分佈影響的共振頻率要比常溫下的低,最多降低瞭23%。低于第一階共振頻率時攷慮溫度分佈影響的動剛度要比常溫下的小,最多減少瞭50%,而高于第一階共振頻率時攷慮溫度分佈影響的動剛度變化更大且先上升後下降。因此,分析靜子繫統支承動剛度時應該攷慮溫度的影響。

By establishing a finite element model of an aero-engine stator system andwith the harmonic re-sponse analysis method,the support dynamic stiffness of the stator system with or without the consideration of temperature distribution is calculated respectively and the two sets of results are comparatively analyzed. The results show that the resonance frequencies with consideration of temperature are lower than those with-out considering temperature,the maximum decrease being 23%. At frequencies lower than the first resonance frequency,the dynamic stiffness with temperature distribution is lower than that obtained by ignoring temper-ature effect,the maximum stiffness reduction being 50%;but at frequencies higher than the first resonance frequency,temperature effect makes dynamic stiffness change with much greater values in an increase and then decrease pattern. Therefore,the temperature effect must be considered when calculating the support dy-namic stiffness of aero-engine stator systems.
