目的 探讨经股动脉行兔左心室及冠状动脉造影的方法和可行性,为研究心力衰竭和心肌梗死提供准确的心功能评估手段.方法 新西兰大白兔20只,经股动脉置管后行左心室及冠状动脉造影,测量其左心室收缩期压力峰值(LVSP)、左心室舒张末压(LVEDP),计算左心室射血分数(LVEF).结果 12只兔成功行左心室及冠状动脉造影,兔平均LVEDP(5.08±2.01)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133 kPa),平均LVSP (101.04±21.12) mmHg,平均LVEF(68±7)%;5只兔穿刺置管失败,3只兔死亡.结论 经兔股动脉行左心室及冠状动脉造影可行,能准确评估心功能,是一种可靠的方法,但条件要求较高.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of performing left ventricle and coronary artery angiography in rabbits through femoral artery as a method to provide accurate assessment of cardiac function in heart failure and myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 20 New Zealand rabbits were used and left ventricle and coronary artery angiography was performed through femoral artery.Peak left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP),left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were recorded.Results Left ventricle and coronary artery angiography was successfully conducted in 12 rabbits,but failed in 5 rabbits during catheterization.The other 3 rabbits died during the procedure.The mean LVEDP was (5.08±2.01) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),the mean LVSP was (101.04±21.12) mmHg,and the mean LVEF (68±7) %.Conclusions Left ventricle and coronary artery angiography through femoral artery in rabbits is feasible and can be used to accurately evaluate cardiac function.The method is reliable,but has strict requirements on equipment and training.
