以牟氏角毛藻为试验材料,在单色绿光条件下进行培养,采用f/2配方培养液,温度25±1℃,设置LED绿光灯10 lx、30 lx、50 lx、70 lx、90 lx、110 lx、130 lx、500 lx、1000 lx、1500 lx及2000 lx的光照强度梯度,12 L∶12 D光照周期,用血球计数板记录每天的藻细胞数量,取其平均密度计算生长率,研究绿光对牟氏角毛藻生长的影响。结果表明,绿光能促进牟氏角毛藻的繁殖,但所需绿光光强不高,单色绿光培养条件下适宜光强范围是30~130 lx,在70 lx达到最大生长速率为最适光照强度,但藻细胞密度不高,仅约为1.3×106个/ml,当光强较低或继续增强时指数期生长率均出现下降趋势。

Chaetoceros muelleri was cultured in f/2 culture medium under green light and temperature of 25±1℃. Eleven LED light intensity levels (10 lx, 30 lx, 50 lx, 70 lx, 90 lx, 110 lx, 130 lx, 500 lx, 1 000 lx, 1 500 lx and 2 000 lx) with 12 light to 12 dark cycle were set up. At the same time the XB-K-25 plate-type blood cell was used to count the number of algal cells per day, and then calculate the growth rate according to the average density. The purpose was to probe into the effect of green light on the growth of Chacctoceros muelleri. The results showed that green light can accelerate the growth of Chaetoceros muelleri, but the light intensity was not high. The range of appropriate light intensity was 30~130 lx, and 70 lx is the optimal light intensity. Under this culture condition the algal can reach the maximum growth rate, but the algal cell density was only about 1.5×106/ml in the stability of phase. When the light intensity decreased or continued to enhance, the growth index of the average growth rate showed a downward trend.
