针对河北地区某铁选厂尾矿进行回收磷的浮选试验研究。原矿中P2O5含量为2.11%,-0.074 mm产率为8.94%。当磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占54.71%时,经过强磁选预先降钛,强磁尾矿在pH值为8,水玻璃用量800 g/t,aw-01用量1000 g/t,矿浆质量分数25%的条件下,经过1次粗选、3次精选的开路浮选试验对磷矿物进行回收,最终得到磷精矿品位为35.44%,回收率为84.03%。浮选尾矿中磷含量降低至0.28%。

This paper introduces the experimental research of lfotation on the recovery of phosphorus from the iron tailings which comes from a mineral processing plant of Hebei. The results show that the P2O5 grade is 2.11%and the ifneness is-0.074 mm covering 8.94%. When the ifneness of grind is-0.074 mm covering 54.71%, ifrst we use magnetic separator to reduce titanium, next the magnetic tailings under the conditions of the pH value is 8, the amount of waterglass is 800 g/t, the amount of aw-01 is 1000 g/t and the pulp density is 25%, also treat with one roughing, three cleanings of the open circuit lfotation test. Finally, we get the phosphor concentrate whose grade is 35.44%and the recovery was 84.03%. Moreover, we made the phosphor grade of the lfotation tailings reducing to 0.28%.
