水分是可膨胀石墨膨胀容积的重要影响因素之一。通过测定3个不同温度下不同时间点的水分、膨胀容积,研究了水分、膨胀容积的关系,证明温度越高蒸发速率越快,随着时间的延长,蒸发速率逐渐降低。同时得出各温度下干燥时间与水分的关系及含水量与膨胀容积的关系。在含水约3.0%时,膨胀容积达到最大,为370 mL/g。

Moisture content is one of the most important factor of expansion volume of expansible graphite. This article proves that the higher the temperature, the faster the rate of evaporation, and with time lasting, the evaporation rates decreases gradually by examining the relationship between expansion volume and moisture at different time under three different temperature. At the same time, the relationship between the drying time and moisture and the relationship between the moisture content and expansion volume were also studied. The expansion volume can be as high as 370 mL/g at the moisture of 3.0%.
