在铝箔冷轧的板厚控制中,传统轧制过程中铝箔在线厚度的测量大多使用单片机系统或PLC来完成,但前者集成度不高,稳定性也不好,后者成本较高。根据现场轧机具体情况及要求选用了基于ARM内核的STM32芯片设计了厚度在线检测系统,且支持以太网通信,使主控系统对板厚的实时监控成为可能。同时提出一种改进的PID控制算法用于板厚自动控制策略中,最后讨论了在佛山某铝业公司1450 mm冷轧机上的实际使用效果。

During aluminum foil’ s thickness auto controlling,traditional methods mostly selected MCU system or PLC in alu-minum foil’s thickness measurement.But by taking MCU system,the integration and stability were low,and selecting PLC,the cost was high.On account of the field situation,STM32 which was based on ARM cortex-M3 was selected to design the thickness online measurement system which supports ethernet communication,making principle controller’s real-time control possible.At the same time,an improved PID control algorithm in automatic gauge control was proposed,and the actual using effect on 1450 mm cold roll-ing machine in a aluminum producing enterprise which is in FoShan city was discussed.
