针对目前还没有适用于多变焊缝的自动检测装置,研制了针对多变焊缝的自适应路径追踪检测自动化系统。设计由MC9S12XS128MAL作为主控芯片的控制模块,利用LabWindows CVI编写上位机软件。设计开发的自适应爬行器能适应多变焊缝结构参数变化,控制模块控制爬行器搭载超声检测探头以焊缝为路径进行自动反馈调节追踪爬行,并将监测到的爬行器运行状态参数和多变焊缝结构测量参数传输到上位机软件进行实时监测、显示记录和分析。系统实现了多变焊缝自适应爬行并沿着焊缝特定轨迹追踪自动检测。
針對目前還沒有適用于多變銲縫的自動檢測裝置,研製瞭針對多變銲縫的自適應路徑追蹤檢測自動化繫統。設計由MC9S12XS128MAL作為主控芯片的控製模塊,利用LabWindows CVI編寫上位機軟件。設計開髮的自適應爬行器能適應多變銲縫結構參數變化,控製模塊控製爬行器搭載超聲檢測探頭以銲縫為路徑進行自動反饋調節追蹤爬行,併將鑑測到的爬行器運行狀態參數和多變銲縫結構測量參數傳輸到上位機軟件進行實時鑑測、顯示記錄和分析。繫統實現瞭多變銲縫自適應爬行併沿著銲縫特定軌跡追蹤自動檢測。

An adaptive automatic testing system has been developed for the path tracking in multi-varied welds due to the lack of such kind of automatic testing device.It used MC9S12XS128MAL as its main control chip in the control module and transmitted the signal to the PC work station programmed by LabWindows CVI.The adaptive crawler carrying the UT transducer was featured in its self-adaptation to welds with multi-variable structural parameters was controlled by the control module which provided the crawl-er with the automatic feedback regulation to ensure the crawler's moving path along the weld in a designed manner. At the same time,the control module transmitted motion parameters of the crawler and structural parameters of multi-variable welds to the upper computer to perform the real-time monitoring,recording and analyzing.
