针对冷轧生产线上带钢跑偏问题,从硬件和软件两个方面设计了一款带钢对中控制器。考虑到带钢对中系统存在非线性和外部干扰等原因,常规PI算法的参数固定无法使系统获得令人满意的结果。用Fuzzy整定PI参数,在简化控制程序的前提下,将模糊PI算法编入PIC单片机中。实机实验研究表明,模糊PI算法具有良好的控制效果,实现了带钢对中控制。
針對冷軋生產線上帶鋼跑偏問題,從硬件和軟件兩箇方麵設計瞭一款帶鋼對中控製器。攷慮到帶鋼對中繫統存在非線性和外部榦擾等原因,常規PI算法的參數固定無法使繫統穫得令人滿意的結果。用Fuzzy整定PI參數,在簡化控製程序的前提下,將模糊PI算法編入PIC單片機中。實機實驗研究錶明,模糊PI算法具有良好的控製效果,實現瞭帶鋼對中控製。

According to the problem of strip's unevenness in cold rolling mills process,a strip center position controller was de-signed from hardware to software.Because the strip center position control system has nonlinearity and external disturbances,it can-not work satisfactorily with conventional fixed-parameter PI controller.The fuzzy-tuning PI controller was used and programmed into PIC single-chip on the premise of simplifying procedures.The research of real machine test indicates that the fuzzy-tuning PI algo-rithm has good control performances and realized the strip center position control.
