氦光泵磁敏传感器和检测系统共同实现对磁场的测量。验证检测系统能否正常工作的传统方法是制作出整个传感器后进行调试。针对检测系统的可行性验证,设计了共振信号模拟装置。产生的磁共振信号能够模拟光学系统的功能,通过调制域测频实现了对检测系统反馈信号的实时测量。实验测试表明,该装置能够验证检测系统的可行性,其性能十分接近氦光泵磁敏传感器,并且具有测量精度高、实时性好、稳定可靠、不依赖工作环境、制作成本低等特点。

The measurement for magnetic field was realized through Helium optical pumped magneto-dependent sensor together with detecting system.The traditional method of testing whether the detecting system works regularly or not was debugging after manufacturing the whole sensor.Resonance signal simulator was designed aiming at verifying the feasibility of detecting system.The magnetic resonance signal was generated in order to simulate the function of optical system.The feedback signal of detecting system could be measured in real time by the use of modulation domain measuring frequency.The laboratory tests show that the device is able to verify the feasibility of detecting system and its performance is sufficiently close to the helium optical pumped magneto-de-pendent sensor,in addition,it has the characteristics of high measuring accuracy,real-time,reliability,independent of working envi-ronment and low cost.
