针对电磁流量计在抑制噪声干扰和测量性能等方面的不足,研究设计了一种基于DSP的电磁流量计。仪表基于DSP芯片BF504F和高分辨率ADC芯片AD7173,通过DSP实现粒子群优化的FIR滤波和励磁频率可调功能。介绍了电磁流量计各部分的硬件实现和基于DSP软件滤波的实现。流量校准结果表明,该仪表具有良好的线性度、重复性和稳定性,基本误差小于0.2%,重复性误差小于0.1%。仪表根据工况,可设置励磁频率及对应FIR滤波系数,应用灵活,适用于对流量精确度要求较高场合。

As the problems electromagnetic flowmeter has including noise interference and measurement performance ,an elec-tromagnetic flowmeter was designed based on DSP .FIR filter and adjustable excitation frequency were optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm through DSP based on DSP chip BF504F and high-resolution ADC chip AD7173.The hardware and software were implemented and described.Flow calibration results show that it has good linearity ,repeatability and stability.The fundamen-tal error is less than 0.2%.The repetition error is within 0.1%.Exciting frequency and FIR filter coefficients can be set according to the working condition,so the meter has flexible application and can be used in the situation with high accuracy.
