传统车辆悬挂系统中,阻尼元件以摩擦形式将振动的能量变为热能散发到周围环境中,达到衰减车体振动的作用。该能量不但在行驶过程中耗散掉,还会造成减振器较大热负荷。悬挂性能成为制约车辆越野速度提高的一项重要因素。为了评估这部分能量的大小及影响因素,采用 RecurDyn/ Track-HM 模块和 Matlab/ Simulink 对车辆在不同车速不同路面条件下阻尼元件消耗的能量进行计算。结果表明,悬挂阻尼的功率回收具有较大实用价值。

In the conventional vehicle suspension system,the damper converts the vibration energy into the heat energy to attenuate the vibration of car. This energy is not only dissipated to the external environment, but it also causes greater heat load of the damper. Suspension performance has becoming an important fac-tor in restricting vehicle off-road speed. In order to recover this part of the energy and improve suspension performance,RecurDyn / TrackHM and Matlab / Simulink were applied to calculate the energy consumed of the vehicle damping elements in the various speed and road conditions. The results show that the recovery of the suspension damping power has greater practical value.
