高校学生写作能力培养方面出现了不少问题。一方面是“写作学”淡出了中国语言文学的二级学科,另一方面则是随着社会政治经济的转型和文化创意产业发展,出现了文学写作、应用写作和创意写作三分天下的格局。而在高校写作教学中,以上海大学为例,也存在门数众多但分布不均、理论有余而训练不足、教学粗放缺乏精耕等特点,以及在师资队伍、教学方法、运行经费等方面的诸多问题。因此,有必要进一步明确发展方向,设计落地方案,并在体制机制上获得相应的保障。同时,在写作人才培养的观念上,还需要重新认识“中文系不培养作家”的问题。

고교학생사작능력배양방면출현료불소문제。일방면시“사작학”담출료중국어언문학적이급학과,령일방면칙시수착사회정치경제적전형화문화창의산업발전,출현료문학사작、응용사작화창의사작삼분천하적격국。이재고교사작교학중,이상해대학위례,야존재문수음다단분포불균、이론유여이훈련불족、교학조방결핍정경등특점,이급재사자대오、교학방법、운행경비등방면적제다문제。인차,유필요진일보명학발전방향,설계락지방안,병재체제궤제상획득상응적보장。동시,재사작인재배양적관념상,환수요중신인식“중문계불배양작가”적문제。
There are many problems in the writing training in universities of China. On the one hand, grammatology has faded from the second-degree subject of Chinese language literature; on the other hand, with the transitions of political and economic and the development of cultural and creative industries, writing literature, applied composition and creative writing compose a situation of "three-pillar". However, as for writing courses among universities, taking Shanghai University for example, it has many features as well as adequate courses while uneven distribution, rich theories while weak practice and extensive teaching that lacks of refinement, etc. And it also has some problems such as faculty, teaching methods, operating funds, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to further clarify the direction of development, design practicable plans and get appropriate protection from the system. Meanwhile, in the aspect of the concepts about training writing talents, we still need to revaluate the issue "There is no writer coming from the cultivation in the department of Chinese language and literature.
